Meet Aytza.

While advising some of the most innovative health and tech companies in the world, first at McKinsey, where she led the Health Tech Network, and later while building the consultancy at Rock Health, Aytza founder Sari Kaganoff saw the same challenge again and again.

Brilliant leaders were making high-stakes, company-defining decisions after hours, while spending their days building and scaling teams, products, and markets.

Traditional consulting was designed for a slower world. AI could surface ideas, but too often it created an echo chamber that amplified noise instead of delivering clarity. Neither gave leaders what they truly needed: fast, data-backed insight they could trust.

That gap led to a realization: the world needed a new model. One that fused the depth of human expertise with the precision and speed of technology - designed for the complexity of a rapidly evolving world.

That model became Aytza: the Hebrew word for guidance.

Aytza represents the future of strategy: an AI-native consultancy built to help businesses navigate complex strategic decisions.

The people behind Aytza.

Sari Kaganoff
Founder & CEO

Sari has over a decade of experience advising healthcare leaders on commercial, GTM, and growth strategy. She built and led Rock Health’s consulting team and co-led McKinsey’s Health Tech Network. She served as an advisor to Rock Health’s venture fund and is an angel investor. Her approach is pragmatic, data-driven, and grounded in real-world insight. Sari owns (and wears!) over a hundred hats!

Nils Widal
CTO

Nils has spent seven years building and evaluating AI-powered platforms across healthcare and enterprise tech. He co-founded Vertrical, scaling it to 120+ engineers, developing DTC platforms for scale-ups and Fortune 500 companies in insurance and life sciences. He productized Medlify, and co-founded Cara, leading technical & operational strategy. Outside of work, you'll find him on remote trails, farmers markets or baking various kinds of bread.

Rivka Gross
President

Rivka brings 20+ years of healthcare technology leadership to Aytza, spanning revenue cycle transformation, patient experience innovation, and health tech infrastructure. She has led large-scale initiatives at Optum/United Health Group, co-founded Mobella Health, and advised a range of venture studios and health tech startups on strategy, product, and scaling. For Rivka, reimagining what healthcare can be isn't a nice-to-have — it's the whole point. Outside of work, she's cooking unnecessarily adventurous meals and reading post-apocalyptic fiction.

Adam Somauroo
Strategy Consultant

Adam has spent over a decade serving life science, healthcare and health tech clients on commercial, growth and GTM strategy. Formerly an expert consultant and UK lead of the Health Tech Network at McKinsey, Adam works with startup accelerators, investment funds and early-stage startups, supporting innovators to more effectively commercialize their offerings. Outside of work, Adam can most likely be found listening to his record collection or resisting the urge to buy more (unnecessary) audio equipment.

Daniel Hazan
Strategy Consultant

Daniel has spent 7+ years advising leadership teams on high-stakes decisions spanning M&A, growth, and GenAI transformation. He began his career in investment banking at Bank of America and was most recently a Project Leader at BCG. Outside of work, you can find Daniel surfing or playing tennis.

Lauren Satnick
Business Operations Lead

Lauren began her career in operations in 2014, shortly after completing her MBA. Over the past 12 years, she has worked across defense, hospitality, and most recently the Web3 space, where she ran exec ops for a developer tools company. Outside of work, Lauren owns a boutique gym with her husband and loves spending time with their 3 year old daughter and many pets.
