Meet Aytza.
While advising some of the most innovative health and tech companies in the world—first at McKinsey, where she led the Health Tech Network, and later while building the consultancy at Rock Health—Aytza founder Sari Kaganoff saw the same challenge again and again.
Brilliant leaders were making high-stakes, company-defining decisions after hours, while spending their days building and scaling teams, products, and markets.
Traditional consulting was designed for a slower world. AI could surface ideas, but too often it created an echo chamber that amplified noise instead of delivering clarity. Neither gave leaders what they truly needed: fast, data-backed insight they could trust.
That gap led to a realization: the world needed a new model. One that fused the depth of human expertise with the precision and speed of technology - designed for startups.
That model became Aytza—the Hebrew word for guidance.
Aytza represents the future of strategy: a Strat Tech company built to bring rigor, clarity, and momentum to every big decision.
The people behind Aytza.

Sari has over a decade of experience advising healthcare leaders on commercial, GTM, and growth strategy. She built and led Rock Health’s consulting team and co-led McKinsey’s Health Tech Network. She served as an advisor to Rock Health’s venture fund and is an angel investor. Her approach is pragmatic, data-driven, and grounded in real-world insight. Sari owns (and wears!) over a hundred hats!

Pranay has over a decade of experience building AI-driven data and analytics platforms in life sciences and healthcare. He has developed research and commercial intelligence tools serving biopharma, diagnostics, and health tech organizations. He combines strategic thinking with hands-on product development, grounded in real-world execution. In his spare time, Pranay is building his own AI coach to train for an ultramarathon.

Rivka brings 20+ years of healthcare technology leadership to Aytza, spanning revenue cycle transformation, patient experience innovation, and health tech infrastructure. She has led large-scale initiatives at Optum/United Health Group, co-founded Mobella Health, and advised a range of venture studios and health tech startups on strategy, product, and scaling. For Rivka, reimagining what healthcare can be isn't a nice-to-have — it's the whole point. Outside of work, she's cooking unnecessarily adventurous meals and reading post-apocalyptic fiction.

JRC has spent 8+ years supporting health tech and AI startups and Global 500 companies on GTM, growth, and operational execution. Her background as a founder and operator has shaped her tactical, in-the-trenches approach. JRC is finally living her childhood dream of running away with the circus (well, trapeze school) and her nine-year-old self couldn't be prouder.

Marios has 6.5 years of experience at McKinsey leading operations and digital transformation engagements across defense, public sector, tech, and healthcare clients. More recently, he has been designing professional services benchmarks used to evaluate frontier LLMs at leading AI labs, and orchestrating AI agent teams. His approach blends consulting rigor with a builder's bias toward shipping fast. When he's not advising clients, Marios is logging miles on long coastal bike rides; somewhere between New England and the Aegean.
