Defining a customer value proposition

Health Bank One (HB1) has built a differentiated platform combining banking-grade identity verification and security, comprehensive patient context (including guaranteed medical record retrieval), and medical AI. The team knew their solution could support Pharma companies in a number of use cases, but they needed to sharpen their value proposition, in order to know who to pursue and how to communicate to them.

The Aytza Approach

Aytza worked with the Health Bank One team to identify the platform's highest-value pharma

use cases and define the value proposition around them:

  • Built a detailed overview of the pharma commercial journey, identifying the pain point at each stage, which capabilities pharma buys today and the vendors already competing to address those needs
  • Pressure-tested each opportunity against Health Bank One’s platform capabilities to identify where HB1 had the strongest right to win
  • Translated the prioritized use case into a value proposition framed in pharma buyer terms, articulating the problem and why the HB1 solution solves it
  • Supported the team in developing a robust pitch deck for Pharma customer and investor conversations
  • Built a tiered target list of life sciences venture funds, pharma strategic investment arms, and potential channel partners aligned to that value proposition to support fund raising

The Results

Health Bank One went from a broad set of capabilities to a specific, defensible pharma

value proposition anchored in a problem pharma commercial teams are actively trying to solve. With a clear view of the value proposition, and an understanding of where they fit into the solution landscape, the team has since built a robust pipeline of both pharma customers and pharma focused investors.

"Aytza helped us better understand the most pressing, relevant challenges in the life sciences industry. Thanks to our work with you, Sari, we are able to effectively communicate the paradigm shift that Health Bank One represents for the industry and the differentiated value we unlock for it."
